Committee yesterday amount to the segregation of society and the economy, where knowledge & skills are not a right but a privilege.
They also would force victims of fraud to pay for what defrauded them.





Excerpt:

Not only that, but rules that prevented the kind of schools that abruptly close or defraud students from operating would also be repealed. And terms for loan repayment at even decent colleges would be unaffordable and pernicious.
