The remarkable thing is everyone keeps trying to teach us how to "Win". The thing that ultimately kept me alive through months and likely years of arterial blockages was letting go. Stopping through being attentive to symptoms, the very actions that were destined to literally kill me.
I don't have the answers, I just know that most of the true strides I've made in my life, most of the growth I achieved came from letting things be what they were and accepting the truth of the moment. Once I did that, answers came much more sensibly, and inevitably, successfully because I honored what was, not what I wanted.

This post should start the kind of conversation that so rarely happens anymore. One that offers experiences without attached goals or desired outcomes. One that becomes a recipe book of things that worked for others and are simply being shared as an open source life code if you will.
I'm bookmarking with that hope.
