Guys put on suits, carry a clipboard, and walk into stores, say they are "from corporate", and start "firing" people for no reason.

In other words, "pulling an Elon".

The thing is, no one questions them. The workers are too scared to stand up. The management of these businesses are too scared to stand up. You see workers actually leaving the store in shock.

This is the future for American workers. As Trump's Commerce Secretary says, he wants workers to feel traumatized every day they go to work. They want people so cowed, so fearful, that they will give up their rights, that they will not question even the most questionable authority, that they will live in servitude and fealty to the oligarchs.
