TSF's premeditated murder
Canceling FEMA, even incrementally, when weather is now controlled by disasters caused by global warming.
It isn't as if it were 1820 and there's no way to predict climate disasters.
People will die because they can't be rescued and because their lives can't be restored without federal funding.
TSF knows certain states just don't have that kind of money.
Likely, he'll blame "Blue States" for not offering the "Red States" their money for disasters.
