A Georgia man was arraigned Monday on charges that he made violent threats against two U.S. senators, including Nebraska's Deb Fischer.
Officials said the man called the offices of Fischer and U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz of Texas, both Republicans, and left threatening messages this past January.
The man, identified as 25-year-old Robert Davis Forney of Duluth, Georgia, was arraigned on charges of communicating threats in interstate commerce. Federal officials said Forney was indicted by a federal grand jury in the Northern District of Georgia on June 10.
A spokesperson for Fischer declined to comment on the charges.

Georgia man is pissed at Nebraska Senator?
Georgia man appears to be OK with Georgia Senators.
Maybe my tinfoil hat is on tight, but this feels so fake. "See they do it too" and the timing is so awesome. Something in January yet we get the "news" 2 days after two Democrats were assassinated.

Ya know like Eric Swalwell comes to mind. He seems to attract these nut jobs.
I dont remember either one of them making it an issue and you know Cruz would have discussed it on his podcast.
