9. Oh, definitely -- first was near the top of the rocket, then the big 1st stage booster went up.

First stage always carries the biggest fuel load. The Starship/Heavy Lifter uses methane/LOX for all three stages.

Seeing how erratic and unhinged he's been in his mismanagement of DOGE and Xitter, it's easy to imagine imposition of thoughtless cuts and unrealistic timelines may have contributed to the spate of "rapid unscheduled disassemblies" at SpaceX.
