I have no idea how worthwhile or worthless this site is.

Dude, you don't SOLVE the problem of poverty by just handing out cash. You solve it by putting people to work.

$500 million comes out to $10 million for each of the fifty states. Divide that into four pieces per state, open two $2,5 million businesses (that includes operating capital for the first two years) and hold back the other $5mm as reserve funds.

As these businesses start to be profitable, invest some of the profits into opening more businesses that will hire more employees.

On Firefox, I use a "fill in phony data" extension, and sometimes I use a drop like getnada.com, which doesn't actually seem to work any more.

At least it's optional.
