4. I called the Reagan tax plan back then "Create the Billionaire Class". It was very successful. It did what they wanted.

Which is why, after 50 years, it is still a problem. That's why John Roberts and SCROTUS miraculously made money into speech.

I wonder what politicians since Jimmy Carter have called for public financing of elections?

Besides Elizabeth Warren, I can't remember a single one still in office.

Outside of necessities bring the consumer spending to a screeching halt. Do not underestimate the power of your consumer dollar and how you spend it.
