But ABC/Disney have struggled recently. ESPN was losing money.

(24,352 posts)Disneys stock value lost $4 billion. Their market capitalization is in the high $200 billion range, I believe. Stock values go up and down all the time. This fall of the stock price represents less than 2% of the companys capitalization.
Kimmels salary is pretty much unrelated to Disneys stock price.
