3. Antifa- he's going to sign a National Security Memo making them a terrorist organization

I heard a great discussion about this in NPR. If I remember correctly we don’t have a designation for domestic ones. Antifa is both not foreign nor an organization.

They will be able to slap “Antifa” on anyone for anything. Anyone. You and me. That’s scary.

The NSMemo will be devastating in terms of fund raising and insurance.

He has much power, but very little actual control beyond the executive branch.

...he'll feel he can break it up any any means available. Unfortunately he can use any reasoning he wants to label an uprising a national threat and send in the military.

When he started sending the National Guard into cities, he said it was for "training purposes".

Why doesn’t he just jail or assassinate the judges ruling against him and deploy the troops anyway?

After all, as so many Third Term believers say, who would stop him ?

Something is stopping him.

Putin wouldn’t wait for the appeals process to wind its way through the courts.

I don't know, but every day greets me with an outrage I never thought I ever see.
Other presidents have tried the illegal protests before but it always ended up making them look bad, Nixon in particular. Does that matter anymore at this point?

He doesn't like to see scorn. It hurts the image he tries to project.
