HELP Tennessee flip a national House seat from red to BLUE!

Aftyn Behn, a young progressive, has a lot of talent and grit. She’s been organizing in Tn for many years and she’s running for Dist 7 seat which Mark Green quit. She is currently a state representative so she knows how to win in a red state.

In a meeting with her and her team last week we asked her what she needs. Money is #1. National money. There aren’t rich Dems in this part of the country annd she isn’t taking PAC money. Omaha Steve put a link to her ActBlue account in his pinned post at the top of General Discussion page. Remote phone banking will also help. You can do this from anywhere.

Jasmine Crockett is coming in for a day to do what she can, too. People from Red Wine & Blue as well as lots of Indivisible people will be swarming. It’s important that we don’t just give up because this is a red state. Aftyn is a fighter!

Wouldn’t it be fantastic if we could pull this off? An unexpected seat for Dems? Aftyn is the kind of person that could sneak in and win this race!

The election is DECEMBER 2. That is only a month away. Millions $ have come in for the republican. We need to really up the money game cause she isn’t taking PAC money.

It could translate into some real fundraising numbers. Her message would actually be worth spending a big a haul if she can get it.

2. You're right. She spent some time with AOC a couple of weeks ago

in DC. There’s just so little time to get big names out. Jasmine Crockett will be here on Nov 7 for a joint town hall. I’m keeping my fingers crossed to get big names involved so the national money might come in.
