4. Description. Woman is filming an ICE agent up close, he grabs her phone and walks off

She flails at him for her phone. Ice agent picks her up / ,drags her about like a rag doll. Other agents intervene, try to pull him off. Crowd is screaming.

He body slams her to ground. Ice agent pull him away. He Walks off to crowd yelling to call cops, " what's your name?"
