We're not being as hard-hit as other areas, but it is mighty wet out there.

We're definitely staying in today.

LA got a ton but we only got a few inches and it was/is steady. We need water but since we have been in a drought the soil is hard and too much rain in a short time would cause it to run off of the surface and lead to flooding.

I can't afford a $20 car wash so I parked my car hoping it would get rained upon to save me money. At my apt complex you are not allowed to wash your car....it sucks!!!
