If it's second childhood, he;s getting even with the entire world other than himself, for not enough attention, praise and toys.
If it's his bucket list, take everything, break all laws, conventions, rules and guidelines. "because"
"Because" nobody will stop him. Like a mafia "Don", break every law and throw every helper under the bus until smacked down.
I'd renovate and reopen Alcatraz just for him, should he live so long, because there be sharks outside.
