1. A jury of his peers will see the guy opened fire for no good reason.

The driver looked like she was trying to turn around.

The sight of armed thugs attempting to open the door and drag one out of their car might cause panic and a mistaken response.

Horrific to watch, but absolutely does NOT align with the story being put out on the media.

5. The video shows the right profile of an agent walking back up the street, toward the shooting site.

I do not know if he was the shooter. I think that particular agent got into the tan vehicle which, after making some backup maneuvers, proceeded down the street, past the victim's crashed car, and out of view.

6. The person who was filming called him a murderer

In a tone that makes me believe HE was the one. He also came from the direction of where the gun was fired. I've now seen at least three videos from different angles.

Either way, there are multiple videos and the shooter will be readily identified. None of the other goons are going to take the fall for him. All of them are guilty by the very association with this group.

The fact that he left the scene was probably something he was instructed to do as quickly as possible because it was obvious that the crowd witnessed what happened and he was risking being tarred and feathered (figuratively, of course). I did not see any of the bystanders doing anything remotely violent.

Once identified and with as much video as is going to be available, I don't see how anyone will be able to defend this.

7. I think he is walking from the crash scene back up the street to near the site of the shooting.

Immediately after the shooting, the ICE agent who fired the shots walked down the street to the crash site. Yes, that particular agent (shown in his right profile) in the video appears to be the shooter. After walking back to near the shooting site where his tan colored vehicle was parked, he began to drive away. He made a few backups in what seemed to be indecision as to whether to drive up the street or down the street. Finally, he decided to drive down the street, past the crash site where the victim was still seated in her vehicle.

4. ICE agent shoots and kills woman

MINNEAPOLIS — The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) confirmed Wednesday morning that an ICE agent shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis.

The DHS alleged that a woman attempted to ram her car into ICE agents, and an agent shot and hit her. However, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said that narrative is false.

"This 'it was done in self defense' is garbage," Frey said at an afternoon press conference. "They are already trying to spin this is action of self-defense. Having seen the video myself, that is bull****."
