This law professor explains what ICE can and can't do legally. Basically, everything they are doing is illegal.

I have a pretty solid foundation in constitutional law, but this goes beyond in terms of actual strategy to county the FEDs determination to ignore the law, subpoenas, long time precedence, etc.
