A federal agent sprayed a chemical irritant into the face of a pinned-down protest observer in Minneapolis on Wednesday, The Minnesota Star Tribune reported. Witnesses told the outlet the incident took place in south Minneapolis after demonstrators gathered in response to federal agents detaining two teenagers.
