Trump has earned many peace/leadership awards.
FIFA invented a cheap, vanity trinket 'prize/award' and Trump was very happy for it.
I suggest that many organizations make up an award with similar wording and a brass medallion.
A cheap trophy ordered from a commercial trophy shop.
Looks kinda legitimate on the surface but recognizable as a farce.
A public ceremony even though he won't be there.
