4. Why not do what America does: use state forces to harass and assault them,

detain them whilst declaring without foundation that their documents are fake, confiscate and destroy their material goods, and deport them to a third country in which they lack any resources or contacts?

If ICE can do that to people in America, then foreign countries can do that to ICE.
