Can someone with the right audio equipment figure out what Noem

Is saying after she’s asked a question in Congress and then keeps babbling on and on in an attempt to stop the Democrat that is asking her questions she doesn’t want to answer I would love to know exactly what she is saying. I think it might just be repetitions of the same sentence. Or perhaps she has just memorized some FEMA brochures and is repeating those.

It would have to be a piece of audio equipment that can lower the other person and raise her voice so you can hear it

When there are 2 people talking at the same time, it is displayed one after the other as you would read a conversation in a book. Try it.
