I don’t see much coverage of the released portion of the Epstein files documenting Trump’s rape of a 13 year old girl and Trump checking girls’ vaginas for tightness. This news should be everywhere!

1. The nation is in a Fog.

Our Leaders are vaguely bothered.

2. The people are outraged. The media barely mentions it and moves on.

Even the known republicans at my company are rolling their eyes at how absurd Donnie and his administration has become.

Not a maga hat to be found at the casino, either.

The media blithely reports that more than 50% of the country strongly disapproves of Donnie, wonders if that's a problem for him, then moves on.

3. I've been wondering about the lack of outrage since the Dubya years

Our populace is busy entertaining themselves to death - of the world, not just country. It's as if our species has triggered a kill switch

4. It gets missed in the avalanche of bullshit.

There's plenty in there, but hell, I'm not wading through it - I need a journalist to do that for me.

Is there a smoking gun? Is it all just insinuation.

5. This is what they purposely do

Create crap on a daily basis most of it really scary and horrible so that by the time a new horrible thing happens you are dull to all of it and feel like an abused spouse.

It feels overwhelming and like too much to deal with. I think most of the country feels like this now or us in a state of denial or purposefully not paying attention as a way to numb it out.
