That's a song titled Cool, Daddy, Cool by "Kid" Rock for the children's movie Osmosis Jones.
In case you didn't know the 55 years old "Kid" Rock will be performing at the far right pro Christian organization TPUSA alternative halftime show during the SB because they don't like that brown skinned fellow singing and speaking Spanish.

I found when I looked it up.
Cool, Daddy Cool is performed by Kidney Rock, a band of germs, on stage at The Zit nightcluba grimy, villain‑adjacent hangout that Ozzy infiltrates to get to Thraxs gang. The visuals (germs, sleazy club, exotic‑dancer vibe) plus the lyrics about being a player and liking girls underage mark the song as part of the movies gross, antagonistic underbelly rather than something associated with the heroes.
So there's that. But fuck Skid Jock anyway. He's a dick, and there was no need to "go there" to convey the "bad guys" idea
