I thought of the contrast of the Rubio and Vance

children at the Olympics enjoying time with their parents. They are children and have no say where they go and what their parents do and I sincerely wish them a healthy and happy childhood.

Then I thought of 5 year old Liam, kidnapped on his way to school, thrown into a jail (a detention center in the words of the Heritage Foundation). Luckily he was released this week only to find the Trump/Vance/Rubio cabal trying to expedite his immediate arrest and deportation. I also thought of the child deported while suffering stage 4 brain cancer.

We can’t forget the blood libel placed upon the long suffering Haitian refugees living in Ohio. Sen. JD Vance stood by his false claim that Haitian migrants were eating pets in Springfield, Ohio — an unsupported story that former President Donald Trump has also echoed on the debate stage and on social media.During a Sunday interview on CNN… he then went on to defend the dissemination of this false story.
Sen. Vance said. "If I have to create stories so that the American media actually pays attention to the suffering of the American people, then that's what I'm going to do."

I can’t help but feel and believe that this reign of terror will come back to haunt this Country. The intentional destruction of human compassion is a seed from which the poisonous vine grows.
