According to Michael Wolff, a W.H. staffer was quoted as saying Trump was "off his meds" when he posted the "ape" video.

Which does support what most of us believe, or at least suspect...there's nothing we're going to "see" or "hear" regarding Trump that THEY ARE NOT "SEEING" and "HEARING" at the SAME TIME. They know, and they're all whistling past the graveyard.
