Since 2011 it has been held by a democrat.

2011 democrat won with 86.1% (rethug 13.9%)
2015 democrat won with 46% (rethug 18.8%) others were in this race.
2019 democrat won 100% (unopposed)

Looks like a solid democrat district.

I thought voting was done by party and no cross over, maybe that is just for the primary.
