Remember Jim Breuer's character "Goat Boy" from SNL ?

There would occasionally be a scene where the lab-created chimera, Goat-Boy, would get a little "out of control" and his white lab coat-wearing handlers would step in with cattle prods and zap him into submission, then restrain him while they gave him some sort of injection to calm him down.

Something about Bondi's "testimony" on Capitol Hill made me recall those scenes.
