Doctor says--fractures to his skull are inconsistent with a fall. (ICE Agents).

ICE agents wrested Alberto Castañeda Mondragón from his vehicle, threw him to the ground and repeatedly struck him in the head with a steel baton—they said “he fell and hit his head against a concrete wall.”

He’s going to need a lot of help to recover. He will most likely have memory problems. I have never suffered a skull fracture, but I did recover from a head injury in an auto accident. It took a decade for my memory to get back to normal.

Who is going to foot the bill for this man’s medical issues, which are totally unnecessary.
