have we considered what impact Republican Congressman Gonzalez (TX) affair may have had on the timing? His affair and resulting suicide of his staff member has the Speaker scrambling to avoid losing another seat and the majority of the house. That would put this administration in the hotseat and jeopardize Johnson's speakership.

Would the Felon, actually go to war to keep this off the front pages? Absolutely! This war on Iran benefits him, the Administration, the Republican party and Netanyahu, in so, so many ways.

This was inevitable. Timing was the only question and now was the perfect time, for them.
