Hate to be a genius for the obvious but I did not see any previous posters mention it.
I went to Cape Henlopen near Rehoboth beach in Delaware couple years back and saw couple dozen large signs BIDEN about the Oceanside camping site. Plus other rest stops and public areas. Joe is a well known favorite adopted son in his adopted home.
Same reason trump the corrupt obnoxious political punk did not show up for super bowl between two blue state teams.
Surprised he hasn't sent ICE - holes into Delaware as well.
