So it is not a war, they keep insisting it is not a war. I expect TACO will soon start calling it a "Special military operation" and telling us he invented the term.

However, the word 'war' cannot be used by them because if we are officially at war, the criminal regime is subject to actual charges of TREASON. A word that can only apply to times when we are officially at war.
So as long as it's not an officially declared WAR, they, according to many legal eagles, cannot be charge of the crime of treason.
