Jacksons opening statement at the Nuremberg Trials (Nov 21, 1945) defined aggressive war as a supreme international crime, stating, "To initiate a war of aggression... is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole".

(13,214 posts)Even if some impossible "best case" scenario had miraculously come to pass, the prosecution of this war of aggression in our name is intolerable.
It is a "crime of aggression" under International Criminal Court definitions.
They have struck civilian targets and infrastructure, which are war crimes.
