I found a lot of other info that was suggestive that many casualties are headed to Germany. I only linked to things that had a level of credibility, and people could check for themselves.

If there's one administration that doesn't deserve the benefit of the doubt, it's this one.

Recognizing this is not the complete or final picture, and that we need more info... I asked if anyone had additional information.

reportedly has 65 level II trauma beds (https://landstuhl.tricare.mil/About-Us). Those could fill up quickly if there was a major casualty event. Total number of beds is around 1000. A new hospital is under construction. It is the largest US hospital outside of the country
