EU and NATO need to change their rules

The system of unanimity in the EU and NATO to pass a resolution or make commitments is counterproductive.

It gives each country veto power and needs just one rogue actor (Hungary) to gum up the works. Both organizations need to change the rules to maybe three quarters to pass something, otherwise one or two democratically elected allies of their enemies can block any reasonable effort to protect itself.
