He is gonna be lucky if he doesn’t get @ least some prison time but he already got
some nice bracelets, a nice ride in a police car, and thousands of dollars worth of
lawyer fees, court costs, and fines. All over a Pride Flag? Just plain stupid.

I wouldn’t be surprised if his wife divorced his ass.

Misdermeanor Criminal Mischief charge which will be wiped if he completes a pretrial intervention program, community service, and anger management classes and restitution.

He's not going to do any time and he most likely doesn't even end up with anything on his record.

This one was especially gratifying in light of the ‘Charlie’ reference. It’s also not every day you see a smug salesweasel as the subject of one of these videos.

You have no right to tell anyone what flags they can fly on their own property.

Charlie, Charlie, Charlie !!!

The majority of the U.S. do not give a fuck about Charlie.

The majority of the U.S. did not know who Charlie was until he was killed.

Charlie was a divisive hateful piece of shit.

Stop trying to force your beliefs onto everyone else.

MAGA's are loud mouth snowflakes.

Oh?

Is that why you did it? Because you knew it was not the right thing to do?

It is always very funny to me when I watch someone get caught and then try to weasel their way out of it.

You are a slime ball, sir. I hope you find yourself in desperate straits and the only place that will hire you is a gay company.

Who will immediately fire you once they see this footage.

Fuckstick.

The reason he did it is because as a right wing, white man, he thinks it is his absolute right to do whatever he wants to do at any point and in any place.

I particularly was amused by him thinking him having a "friend" in the police department was going to get them to....let him go or something?

I bet women cover their drinks when he's around.

That they have the right to tell any private business what to have on their wall? That part always confuses me. If he hated the decor that badly he could have just turned around and walked out.

at the beach. St Pete is gloriously well-regarded as being very LGBTQ+ friendly.

Funny, his wife Kelli has "no party affiliation" according to her voter records. He's just another shitty republican.

It bothered me that there wasn't an American flag with the pride flag because this is America, and they didn't bring my drink as quickly as they should have and they didn't write my name on the cup like they're supposed to do, and I took the flag down and threw it away because I got mad because they were rude to me, and this is America, and I don't know if I should talk to you, am I under arrest, can I call my cop friend if it's just on Siri, and the handcuffs are too tight and it hurts, do I have to sit in the back seat, it's hot, can I take my coat off, can you roll down the window, I might have a panic attack...

Too bad they can't enhance his penalty just for being a sniveling git.
