I cant imagine how demoralized Black people in that state and other Southern states must feel. I hope that they unequivocally make their feelings known.

If I remember correctly certain States (mostly Southern) had to submit their planned redistricting plans to I'm not sure what agency, oversite group - to make sure they were fair.
Thet was first major quashing of the VRA's effectiveness. I remember that!
