Think he’s white, because he’s GREEN.

The entry to the club is GREEN.

of people based on skin color and long ago allowed himself to be exploited by the racist monied class--based on his own professed ideology that race should not be a factor in law or social policy.

Do I agree with you that the question posed, "does he think he is white?" is "gross?' Yes. Do I think he is a special case of "despicable" because of his seeming contempt for those whose race--by way of policy and law-- genuinely has held them back? Yes. Absolutely.

It's very common for people to hold oppressive rhetoric in reserve for those they think "deserve" it, when all that does is tell marginalized people that they will only ever be seen as (slurs) by the wider population, unless they meet certain arbitrary standards.

Clarence Thomas is a terrible person because he's using his power to hurt people. He is not a terrible person "because he's a Black man who thinks he's white." Like, what does that even MEAN.

You seem to be chastising me in your last paragraph even though that is exactly what I was conveying, yet you seemed to feel the need to instruct me on my own sentiment...
Sometimes I misunderstand your responses-in particular, so if so, my apologies. I do hate being misunderstood or misconstrued myself.

But your posts are so succinct they leave far too much unclear and open to misinterpretation/misunderstandings. If that doesn't matter to you so much, then okee dokie, but it is hard to have a useful discussion, debate, or commentary that way. .

To me, his and trump’s pouting faces look like frogs that just drank sour milk.

Never a natural warm expression or smile on either of their faces. Very unhappy on the inside.

his voting the way the most opportunist (and racist) monied interests want him to vote. So, I suppose the "green" he craves does allow him to "transcend (exploit)" race. All in how one CHOOSES to perceive it and CONSCIOUSLY IGNORES the IMPACTS on others.

In the ongoing series in this place of "When there's no virtue to signal, people's true views spring forth."

Today's lesson in "It's ok to be weird and racist if we don't like the person."

Which is probably slightly better than the previous entry I saw, "Jews. How comes they're like that?"

I just hope a gay guy doesn't do anything this week. Then I'd have to sit through people explaining why homophobic epithets are swell if you mean them the right way.
