Five dead. One pattern. None of them made it to sworn testimony. This is a quick read in which the author lays out a pattern where key witnesses set to testify against Trump end up dead in suspicious circumstances. I have no doubt that if we had all the Epstein files unredacted there would be many more dates to add to her timeline.
From her concluding summary:
Five executives dead before anyone could ask them anything. One financier dead 35 days after arrest, ten days after Judge Berman set a trial date of June 8, 2020. One woman dead within two weeks of filing a police report, before any court date could be set. One former wife dead on July 14, 2022, four days before the court-ordered deposition week of July 18. One survivor dead on April 25, 2024, active litigation pending, after writing that death would be deliberate. The line went quiet. It always goes quiet.
The mob has a word for this kind of housekeeping.
The attorney general sworn to answer for the pattern lost the job twelve days before the chair. Files naming the living remain contested and partially withheld. The limo driver has been on FBI record since October 2020 and received zero contact from the Justice Department. Giuffre named names before death.

(9,955 posts)WTF??? How long have we been harboring these criminals, and why doesn't our justice system prosecute violent crimes against people's private parts? (girls and boys, women and men.)
Is it just men who are protecting these criminals?

And here I thought this was the most corrupt administration in US history. But now it must be said it's not simply corruption, it's
a CRIMINAL executive. FELONY MURDER in the 1st degree. I know, he's already been convicted of 34 felonies. But those were financial crimes. Sometimes called (erroneously) "victimless".
This is different. These are the types of conspiratorial acts that get you the needle as punishment.

LA Magazine-November 27, 2019
A former Deutsche Bank executive who reportedly signed off on some of the institutions unorthodox loans to Donald Trump killed himself in his Malibu home on November 19. Thomas Bowers, the onetime head of Deutsche Banks American wealth-management division, where he oversaw Trumps private banker, committed suicide by hanging, according to Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroners office. Bowers was 55.
Trumps relationship with Deutsche Bankwhich lent him around $2 billion after most other institutions had forsaken him for his history of defaults and bankruptcieshas come under investigation by two Congressional committees and the New York Attorney General, who are hoping the bank can shed light on Trumps elusive finances, according to the New York Times. At one point, Bowers had a close connection to those finances.
Rosemary T. Vrablic, a managing director at Deutsche Bank who became Trumps private banker in 2010 after being introduced by her client, Jared Kushner, reported directly to Bowers. Vrablic reportedly helped Trump secure loans from her bank, which Bowers approvedincluding more than $100 million to buy his Doral resort in Miamieven after Trump and Deutsche had to settle messy litigation over a Chicago loan that went bad.
Snip...
Bowers isnt the first Trump-connected Deutsche exec to commit suicide. In 2014, Deutsche derivatives analyst William S. Broeksmit, who reportedly had links to Trump and Russia, hung himself from a dog leash at his home in London.
