I visit this online casino sometimes and just saw the most godawful thing. I don't know how long they've had it, I was just browsing and it jumped out at me. They have a Trump slot machine game! He has a big, stupid smile on his face the whole time. I wonder how much they pay him for the right to his name and image. You can play the game for free, which I did. The image of giving that man my money is just too much. He's so unpopular now, it's hard for me to imagine that that game rakes in a lot for the casino. Of course, their overhead in the online casino is substantially lower!
Shouldn't politicians be barred from doing that sort of thing? All the whoring that they do has gotten absurd. Making money from their offices. I swear, our government reminds me of the Renaissance Catholic Church. I guess the line is blurred with Trump, since he's always been in public life and has been selling his name all these years. Hell, next time let's just elect someone from Only Fans. We had a B movie actor, now we have a game show host, and I think "stripper" is next on the list.

(17,908 posts)Might as well, America's already been gangraped. What I hate most of all about these times is that I have a feeling things are going to get a lot worse. Ever since the war in Iran started, I've had this dread. I'm not depressed or anything, I just think these are bad times, I think Trump crossed the Rubicon this time. It's one thing to run your mouth off to other politicians around the world, but when you bomb civilians for no good reason, you make some bitter enemies.

(9,601 posts)it's strikes me that a lot of people who would frequent an online casino have the mindset that Trump appeals to.
It appeals to the "get rich quick" mindset... the "wealth without work" approach to life... which is a lot of the appeal of Trump's economic policies. Trump appeals to a segment of the population who believe that the only thing between them and wealth is a lucky break or that they just need someone like Trump to remove people who are unfairly preventing them from getting rich.
Now, to be clear, some folks just enjoy a little thrill. I don't get the appeal of slots, but I know a woman that LOVES them. Fortunately, NOT a MAGAt and not addicted.

(17,908 posts)They give you 'coins' every day to play the slots with. Of course it's more fun to play money, but it's not serious money. It's a lot cheaper than playing at a RL casino. Some people socialize. I'm fixing to quit doing it, though. It's a time-waster and besides, I don't need to throw away money, not even a little bit.
