Norm Eisen is representing David Hearn, the man trump accuses of vandalizing the reflecting pool

Last edited Mon Jun 22, 2026, 08:27 PM - Edit history (2)

Norm Heisen is a big-time attorney who has won many cases against the administration in court. Norm said unilaterally that there are no pictures of his client committing any wrongdoing. He is on CNN now.

Edited to add that both Norm and David Hearn are on Chris Hayes show now. Mr. Hearn said he was never read his rights and Eisen said that he was ticketed for two misdemeanors.

He asked if he had any tools to cut with or something like that. Eisen said absolutely not.

.... to give Hern's attorney a chance to flat out deny the allegations against him. It's a good question for that reason.

He established on national TV that he had nothing in his pockets.
I think it is a good thing.

The WH reporters need to start demanding to see the "evidence" they're claiming they have.

Perhaps Norm Eisen could also assist those arrested (but much less well known) to get out from under the sotted thumb of US Attorney Jeanine Pirro, as in:

Pirro says, people caught vandalizing the Washington Monument Reflecting Pool will be fully prosecuted.

Trump took a wrecking ball to OUR HOUSE! He set up a carnival on the front lawn of OUR HOUSE and ruined our lawn and cut down a 250-year-old tree to accommodate the EFFING BLEACHERS! He paved over the Rose Garden!

He had no right to do so! He is vandalizing Washington and charging the American people millions to do so.

I can't even!

This is bluster. All charges will be quietly dropped. Simply because, when you ain't got nothing, you ain't got nothing.

David is telling what happened. He said that he put his hands in the pool, left the pool and was lying on the grass when National Guardsmen told him that the Park Police wanted to talk to him so he went over there and was arrested.
