How's Iran doing in the World Cup series?

Kind of would be interesting if the finals were Iran versus the U.S. -- and Iran won the World Cup.

And Trump's supposed to hand the trophy to the winner.

Would be interesting.

If I knew how to post the photos on DU I have a lovely photo of “Koosh” with the Iranian flag at a game.

Other than that? I think they are in the running still. And their keeper is great!

Along with our amazing USA team. Who are playing great and made it to “bracket” play.

No I am no expert. But yes. They are playing well given the ridiculous constraints this government put on them.

They tied Belgium 0:0, and tied New Zealand 2:2.

They play Egypt on Friday.

Iran is playing valiantly, but they are not in the same class as France, Spain, Argentina.

Neither is the US.
