they would take the worst of the info and declare it as a "national security matter" and hold them as classified. All complete BS to protect Crumb the 1st. I also expect him to take the files with him if he ever does leave office.

And usually they just say no. No fear of consequences with this group of goobers. This cycle will not end unless democrats get serious. No “moving on” or “putting that behind us.” We’ve seen the results (i.e. Nixon, the Civil War) when those in charge skate away unscathed. Generations later and here we are fighting the same battles and losing the rights our ancestors fought for.

...requesting a 60-day delay in order to appeal.

It was their response to Katie Phang's lawsuit to release the Epstein files.

I suppose they regard this case as "left-wing" and no need to respond?
