my proposals for when the democrats take over the preseidency and congress (my wishlist)

1) increase the supreme court to 13 members,one fro each court district
2) a constitutional amendment: term limits for judges. no more lifetime appontments. 20 year term limits
3) since the court likes to go against precedents,reverse citizens united
4) If he tries to pardon anyone in his administration for crimes,the court should rule them invalid as the result of corrupt puposes. ( i know this is a stretch but im pretty sure the founders didnt consider pardons given by a corrupt president and they could rule that way)
5) any cases that the DOJ brought against people vindictively the DOJ proecutors involved have to replay any legal expenses for the defendants out of their own pocket
6) murder charges against rubio and kegsbreath for sinking ships in the caribbean.
7) a ban on the supreme courts shadow docket. everything out in the open
8) a revocation of tax free ststus for all religious groups especially after we have seen one religion in particular push its beliefs on other.


and a further thing i would do if i had unlimited power.
anyone involved in civil rights violations over immigrants (especially miller,blanche,mullin) get their citizenship revoked and are put on a plane to some 3rd world country.

2. And become signatories to the International Court of Justice (IJC)

That's on my wishlist as well as requesting election monitoring from the UN DPPA.

I don't really trust that restoring our republic will happen without assistance from agencies experienced in righting the wrongs we have allowed.
