Changes.

In my lifetime, I have seen changes in myself and everything around me. As I grew up in a world where people mostly knew how to get along with each other.

Racism was still an issue for many who didn’t understand the value of their own race. Bullying was a problem, but very few instances were visible. Social interaction was not the media outlets that we have today. Media reported the news without slanderous statements.

This was this way into the mid 2000’s. Then we all saw how things can change in a flash.

We had people who told us Iraq had WMDs and we didn’t know what the truth was until after the facts were revealed. Then came the lies about someone’s birth place and the media grabbed on to that which was proven true.

Then fast forward to a certain escalator ride. That changed everything. The lies were rampant and media was everywhere to keep the lies alive, never pushing back. Lo and behold, those lies became predictable and it was a door to the presidency. Those lies kept coming out daily. Everything from crowd size to a pandemic.

Just when we thought good changes were coming? Well, we all see what happened. Now horrible changes are happening as we are living under a crooked cruel regime.

Changes are about the right thing moving forward. Yet, this regime is making changes for the worst.

We hear all the hoopla about change from the right. Yet, here we are, fighting to make lives for everyone better. Fighting the unthinkable separatism is hard because those who thought they wanted change but were sold a bill of goods.

We need changes for the better for everyone, not just the rich, powerful and oligarchy class.

Our Independence Day is here, but we need to change the independence of the way we are being used and stepped on by our own people who think they are making changes to ensure them with power.

Let’s stand together and make changes that benefit us all.

Independence Day every day until this country is equal as one.

Happy Independence Day everyone!
