Why is Trump so fearful of the imaginary "communists"?

Because he is afraid they will take back all the money he has stolen?

He is not afraid of losing his freedom. He is afraid of losing his money.

He has committed numerous crimes in his pursuit of wealth.

He wants "his people" to believe that the Democrats are "communist". This is the narrative he wants to nurture before the November election.

But it is Donald Trump that cozies up to the leaders in China and Russia and the dictators around the world. It is not the Democrats.

He has managed to steal more money since he has been in the presidency than he has made in his entire life. He brags about giving up his salary of $400K a year, just as a gesture of his love for the country and as an act of generosity. But, he just reported that he made $2.2 billion dollars since he has been in the White House for his second term. Now that may not sound like a lot of money if you say it fast...But if he were to give up his $400K per year salary for 5000 years, it would equal $2 billion dollars. And he did it while sitting in the White House.

Now, he is afraid someone, the "communists", might take it back from him. He will spend the rest of this campaign attempting to convince the voters that he is a patriot and the Democrats are communists.

These imaginary demons are the enemy of America. It is not the crimes or corruption of Donald J Trump.

A communist under every bed? I will admit, it does have a McCarthyite smell to it.

They are afraid that being called "communists" will cause enough people to turn against them that they lose the next election.

He would have loved Mussolini. They were two peas in a pod. He was a fascist and proud of it. He made "the trains run on time."

Our country has tremendous resources. There’s more than enough for everyone to have their basic needs met. Yet the greedy misers in the Republican Party would rather see children starve, women bleed out from miscarriages, and others die because they can’t get health insurance. More money for them and their donors.

Republicans have mastered the use of scare words and scare tactics, to the detriment of everyone else.

...as well as his lies about the war in Iran and the Epstein files he manages to keep hidden. Along with his ego putting his name on the JFK Arts Center, and tearing down the East Wing of the White House, and making an embarrassing mess with the Reflection Pool, and building an Arc to block the view of Arlington Cemetery, as well as the high cost of everything.

And, his stealing of public funds to share with his billionaire buddies.

It's all a diversion and a distraction from his god awful screw ups.

He thinks socialism isn’t a strong enough lie anymore to make his disappointed voters go to the polls again. Trying to get his “stupid” base re-motivated to vote again. Putting more “fear” in his message.

This is the counter attack, it was bound to happen.

Fox will will push this narrative all summer. The worse things get for trump the harder they will push.

He's hiding from his record by calling others communist. Just stop the corruption and end the war in Iran, then turn over the Epstein files. Then the people might take him more seriously?
