Help! How did I get this text and bank charge from the NRCC?

Just got a text message from NRCC HQ:
Shipping COnfirmation: Your America 250 Mug, Shirt and Glass are being processed.

When I checked my bank statement there is a post that says:
Memo post, YouTube Premium 1600 Amphitheatre 214122187021183367
214130173328191877 (Memo Post)

You Could Not Pay Me to Buy this! How did the RNCC get my card #??

4. tell your bank this is an unauthorized charge and have it reversed

You may also want to file a police report for a fraudulent charge.

Enough fraud reports and the bank will penalize the merchant. I cannot think of a better merchant to penalize than the RNCC.

file a message with my bank on their messaging system. Don't think I can do much else till Monday.

5. Try reversing it online. Perhaps there's a checkbox, the usual chatbot ... (ask it HUMAN) and there are call centers

Cards are too easy to steal. Don't let me count the ways.

file a police report against the RNCC. I did check on YouTube account page and it shows no orders or charges have been made. Not sure how they got my account info in order to place the order for what I am guessing is a junky, Nazi hyper patriotic shirt. I do not even know what I am getting. I'm not sure but Maybe I will be able to send it back for a refund???
