On FIFA reversing its penalty against a U.S. soccer player
"I asked for a review by FIFA. I spoke to a man who’s (Here it comes!) highly respected and by the way, whose level of respect has gone up tenfold. And he was good before this started." - Trump, White House, early AM 06 July 2026.
And - of course! - our crack "media" jumped right in and asked, "What's his name?" And, "How did you measure "respect" so that it went up 'tenfold?' Show your math!"
He continued:
"But, you know, he really pushed it in this country."
What the hell does that even mean? Who pushed what, and in what country?
Media...?
