Hot coffee- mandatory arbitration

Thom Hartmann was talking with a caller about how mandatory arbitration is ubiquitous these days. An FYI, as to how this all started is the documentary HOT COFFEE . Those of us of a certain age will remember the infamous lady who sued McDonald’s for hot coffee. This documentary is an outstanding example of how the media can mislead the vast majority of the public into believing something that is not true. I thought I knew the story until I saw this documentary and then realized I had swallowed the mainstream media‘s BS, hook , line , and sinker. The documentary from years ago, also talks about the dangers of mandatory arbitration and what they would lead to. We’ve been there for a while, and the Supreme Court has said it’s legal. Just an FYI, about a great documentary that’s worth viewing even though it’s years old.
