Why hasn't Mitch talked to me for 20 minutes?

Seems like senator McConnel talked to about 250 million people for 20 minutes each in the last 7 days, but he hasn't given me a call

"Mitch is doing fine, his (unspecified) condition is under control, he is awake and alert and taking many phone calls."
