this little train is called the parry people mover .

ony a hand full of these machines were built and they still run where they live . the owner of the company had died and the company went shut years ago wikipedia article below the train runs on a route of 1 mile . this is a eggscllent use of a machine where a loco and cars worked the line before , but were not justifiable . there are 2 i operation and 2 in storage for parts . i heard that another firm is picking up the concept and running with it on other branch lines in england. ive seen other interesting machines fill in a neeed when traditional rail quit running. i ran ito this vid years ago. i feel other places in the wourld could benifit from such a machine .

I miss that ride.
I keep hoping they will bring it back, as they have never dismantled the ride's infrastructure.

As long as I'm wishing for stuff, I'd also love to see the return of the Skyway.
