There is no one ‘right’ level of testosterone

These all loop back to body fat control. Obesity greatly reduces testosterone production.

Sleep, get at least 6 uninterrupted hours a night.

And mental health, depression affects testosterone levels.

Defaulting to TRT without addressing these issues is just a bandaid solution.
